Hi, I do not have layers, but I do have shorter pieces that I cut in the front to frame my face. Perhaps you would look nice with that too )

but i have very thick hair thats just about the same length everywhere, so there are no little locks coming down for me.

Hi, give it a try. You should be able to do it just fine. You will probably need extra bobby pins to hold it in place due to the added weight.

I do that to my hair all the time!!! I don’t have to use bobby pins though, because it stays all by itself! Haha thanks though.
