Ummm guys Paul spoke to the church of Corinth about men being disgraceful by having long hair, because in Corinth, long hair on a man was a sign of prostitution and immorality. These biblical verses refer to following social norms at that particular time in history. There is really no practical application for hair today, if you want long hair then fine, if not then thats fine too. Somebody mentioned asking God for holiness in their hair, seriously? Tell that crap to the cancer patient.

Additionally short hair on women, in Corinth, was a sign of prostitution and immorality, therefore Christian women were encouraged to have long hair. Following the social norms is what the verses in 1 corinthians is all about.

Me to..but its really easy once you get the hang of it to put it up if your ashamed of it… i have a video for girls like us..new apostolics it will show you how to do it with shorter hair
