@seamintrock
I think I’ll try Biotin!
Thanks for you encouraging words
great!
What would you reccommend doing if you have bangs? Spray them down as well?
What a beautiful accessory! Can you recommend a website that sells really pretty hair accessories?? Seems like all you can find are plastic and not very original stuff in the mall and other retail outlets.
how di you create the old style vintage filming on your video
This video is so cute! The way you have it themed with grainy footage and classical music, it’s truly very 20s!
@alastingdelusion Actually I think the short hair of the 1920s was a liberating modernist statement rather than a practical safety decision. Women had been working in factories with very long hair since the 1860s. I think it was more about social change. High society women bobbed their hair too.
How long does it take to do this hairstyle in total ? Im just wondering !! It looks like fun .
Thank you so much ! Awesome!
@videowatcheer You should not show the bobby pins. Try to conceal them as much as possible.
@jacquirenae25 Women back then didn’t do this much work to their hair. They cut their hair short and curled it. This tutorial is for people with long hair who don’t want to cut it, but want the look for a costume (for example.) Some women are willing to put in the work for a regular day too. I say putting a little effort on YOU once in a while, is not a big deal at all.
soooo lovely!! I’ve always loved this look but never knew how to achieve it. Thank you!!
wow beautyfull
Do you need to curl your hair first if you are doing the tight curls? Or can you just curl it as you go? I dont have a hair curler!
@myskinmyland If you have a flat iron you can curl with that.
do all the pins show and does that make it look messy? I love the look and always wondered how it was down….thumbs up
@PixieDustPoisenOak Actually women working in the 1920’s was very comon, that’s why 1920’s styles were extremely short so their hair wouldn’t caught in factory machinary and kill them.
omg thank you so much for this video! im doing a play set in the 20’s, Crazy For You, and this was a life saver
I love how you don’t fuss about little mishaps, you just fix them…I will be yanking my hair out the first couple of tries when I do your pin up hairstyle. Great videos!!!
wow, 2 the 23 ppl that didn’t like this, they have absolutely no sense of style!! every1 is so into the “emo”/”scene” hair which will go outta style in maybe a year or two, but these types of styles will live on for decades to come.
Super cute! I think my sister is doing this for her wedding. She’ll prob ask me to do it actually! So thanks in advance.
WOW! That’s a-lot of bobby pins…
